Mournful Soil, a melodic death metal project led by Heli Surunmaa, will release their second single “Hollow Ghost” on May 1st. While their debut “A Waltz of Shadows” gave a taste of the band’s sound, the new release delves deeper into the slow and atmospheric world of gothic metal. The song is a powerful interpretation of emptiness and regret – themes that resonate at the core of the band’s melancholic expression.
